Adagene Inc. (NASDAQ: ADAG<\/a>) announced on September 16, 2025, that its collaboration and license agreement with Exelixis, originally signed in 2021, has been amended and expanded to include a third collaboration target. This expansion further leverages Adagene\u2019s SAFEbody precision-masking technology platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaboration Details<\/strong>
Exelixis will utilize Adagene\u2019s SAFEbody platform to develop a SAFE antibody-drug conjugate (SAFE-ADC) for the new target. Adagene is eligible to receive development and commercialization milestone payments, as well as royalties based on the product\u2019s net sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
