The alliance includes participants from Heilongjiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Tibet, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang, along with the Xinjiang Construction Corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The alliance&#8217;s tender will encompass a total of 19 products, including ligustrazine, heparin, and nutritional amino acids. Each tender spot will allow bids from up to 15 companies, with a maximum of 10 winners per spot. Winning manufacturers will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of economic and commercial standards, with the highest-scoring and lowest-priced bids receiving 100% of the agreed purchase quantity. The remaining winners will secure 80% of the quantity.
