Hanmi Pharm. Under the agreement, Genentech acquires worldwide rights (excluding South Korea)<\/strong> to develop, manufacture and commercialize Hanmi’s novel metabolic treatment candidate HM17321 (UCN2)<\/strong> for obesity<\/strong> and associated conditions such as type 2 diabetes<\/strong> and cardiovascular diseases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
