The collaboration also includes the launch of a health industry fund aimed at steering the digital health industry chain in Guiyang and Gui&#8217;an, with the goal of creating a Southwest Cluster Area for the digital health sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the terms of the agreement, WeDoctor and Guiyang&#8217;s government will co-develop a digital general hospital, marking the beginning of the &#8220;Guiyang Digital Health Community.&#8221; The initiative will involve the gradual rollout of a unified &#8220;four cloud&#8221; platform across the city, encompassing cloud pharmacy, cloud inspection, cloud insurance, and cloud management. This move is expected to lead to the construction of a comprehensive digital and intensive medical service system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The partnership also envisions the creation of a compact medical consortium and specialized alliances, which are intended to advance the reform of family doctors&#8217; payment systems based on disease types and patient volume.
