Local HSA bureaus are instructed to facilitate these agreements before the implementation of VBP results. Failure to sign contracts in a timely manner may lead to the cancellation of a manufacturer’s selection qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Medical institutions are encouraged to provide feedback on supply issues, with verified feedback potentially leading to the consideration of backup manufacturers’ products as winning bids. This would allow these products to retain medical insurance fund balances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event of a surge in short-term demand due to epidemic diseases, regions are to prioritize supply to main supply areas and guide medical institutions to place reasonable orders. This includes increasing the supply of drugs with similar therapeutic effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The supply of winning bids will be monitored through scientific indicators such as order response time, delivery time, delivery amount, and delivery quantity. Regular evaluations will assess the supply and delivery status of each winning bid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
