Agreement Terms and AI Solutions
Under the terms of the agreement, Basecare will offer SolarCare a comprehensive, AI-driven one-stop solution tailored for various IVF scenarios. This solution will encompass male health testing, embryo culture, refrigerated storage, and the diagnosis and treatment of complex genetic diseases.
Procurement and Collaboration Details
SolarCare is committed to prioritizing the procurement of Basecare’s products under mutually beneficial commercial terms. In addition, Basecare will extend its expertise by providing consulting services to SolarCare and collaborating on the establishment of standardized reproductive genetics clinics and high-level genetics laboratories.
Intelligent Reproductive Genetics Center
Leveraging Basecare’s intelligent assisted reproductive management system (iARMS), the two parties will jointly create an intelligent reproductive genetics center.
