Hywin Holdings to Acquire Life Infinity for Health Management Expansion

China-based wealth management firm Hywin Holdings is set to move into the health management business through the acquisition of Beijing iLife3 Technology Co., Ltd (Life Infinity). The share transfer and capital increase agreement will require over RMB140 million (USD20.7 million) for Hywin to gain a controlling equity interest. The transaction is expected to close by the end of August 2022, at which point Life Infinity will be classed as a consolidated subsidiary of Hywin.

Company Background
Founded in 2021, Life Infinity offers three distinct services: high-end medical centers focused on anti-aging and cancer prevention in major cities across China; access to precision health management; and an internet-based marketing platform called “Beautology,” which focuses on selling anti-aging and health products from globally selected brands.

Integration Plan
Hywin plans to offer Life Infinity’s health management capabilities to its client base through the firm’s network of over 1,600 relationship managers and 178 service centers. This strategic move aims to enhance Hywin’s service offerings and provide comprehensive health management solutions to its clients.-Fineline Info & Tech
