Shineco Inc. (NSDQ: SISI), a U.S.-based company, has signed a partnership deal with China-headquartered Tuling Vision to develop intelligent medical products and bring its biotechnology and health solutions to the healthcare market.
Shineco operates a Chinese joint venture (JV) that focuses on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of medical devices, including bone hyperplasia rheumatism treatment equipment and electroacupuncture devices. Tuling Vision, on the other hand, is known for its brand Turing Care, which is involved in the development and marketing of intelligent security, remote video, and remote care products for the elderly and young children. The JV plans to leverage biotechnology to develop an intelligent system that integrates miniature biosensors for monitoring physiological indicators such as blood sugar and blood pressure with Tuling Vision’s intelligent camera series to track the health status of the elderly in real-time. This system aims to identify any abnormal health conditions among the elderly and, in emergency situations, automatically send alarm signals to nursing staff to ensure timely medical intervention.
