Shanghai Electric Group, a major player in China’s electrical equipment industry, has partnered with Siemens Healthineers, the German medical technology giant, to launch the Ultramarine series of medical imaging products. The new lineup features three domestically produced medical imaging devices: the Ultramarine 1.5T MRI, Ultramarine 128 CT, and Ultramarine 32 CT. Siemens Healthineers contributed to the research and development of these products.
The collaboration aims to localize high-end medical equipment in China, covering various aspects such as product development, supply chain management, production processes, and after-sales service.
