China Expands Controlled Substances Catalogue to Include Three Additional Substances

The Ministry of Public Security, National Health Commission, and National Medical Products Administration in China have announced the inclusion of bromocaffeine, metonitazene, and etonitazene among a total of 46 substances in the Supplementary Catalogue of Controlled Varieties of Non-Medicinal Anesthetic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs. This action is in accordance with the Regulations on the Control of Anesthetic and Psychoactive Drugs and Measures for the Administration of Non-Medicinal Anesthetic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs.
