The Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (CAIR), part of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in Hong Kong, has officially launched CARES Copilot 1.0, a cutting-edge chatbot powered by a large language model designed to assist medical professionals in diagnosis and treatment.
CARES Copilot 1.0 integrates the vast knowledge of large models with the specialized accuracy of smaller models, facilitating advanced semantic extraction from images and videos. It employs language models for in-depth understanding, including surgical risk assessment and detailed surgical stage analysis. The system generates comprehensive surgical reports for clinical experts and conducts quality evaluations of surgical procedures, enhancing the overall quality of medical services. Additionally, it can accurately recognize and analyze a wide range of medical information, including actions, images, and vital signs, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of 95%, significantly surpassing the approximate 60% accuracy of conventional open-source algorithms.- Flcube.com
