China-based Shandong Buchang Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd (SHA: 603858) has announced a co-development and licensing agreement with US-headquartered REMD Biotherapeutics Inc. and its subsidiary Sichuan Luzhou Buchang Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
