Beijing-based regenerative medicine materials and implantable device maker Allgens Medical Technology Co., Ltd (SHA: 688613) announced that it has received marketing approval from the Ministry of Health in Vietnam for its SkuHeal artificial bone repair material. The product is classified as a high – risk medical device (Category D).
Product Profile
SkuHeal is a bionic mineralized collagen-based artificial bone repair material developed using Allgens’ proprietary in vitro bionic mineralization technology. Its composition and microstructure closely mimic those of natural human bone tissue.
Application and Advantages
Designed for neurosurgery – related bone defect repair where bone grafting is not contraindicated, SkuHeal can guide bone regeneration. After implantation, it is gradually replaced by newly formed bone tissue.
Global Regulatory Milestones
