Prohibited Drugs
The draft proposal prohibits the online sale of the following categories of drugs:
- Vaccines
- Blood products
- Narcotic drugs
- Psychotropic drugs
- Toxic drugs for medical use
- Radioactive drugs
- Pharmaceutical precursor chemicals
- Preparations of medical institutions
- Granules of traditional Chinese medicine formula
Additional Restricted Drugs
Other drugs banned from online sales include:
- Injectables (except for hypoglycemic drugs)
- Ephedrine compound preparations and dextromethorphan
- Protein assimilation agents and peptide hormones (except insulin) listed in the Doping List
- 43 high-risk medication varieties, such as digoxin, propafenone, and nemonoxacin
